Deb Kolaras owns and manages Hop & Hen Farm with her husband, and has been happily keeping chickens and goats for almost 10 years. Located in unincorporated Lake Villa, they operate their farm and on-site store, and are restoring a historic home that has been part of the community since the late 1800's.
